About the shop

Who is Lechin?

Lechin is a small brand behind one cheerful kitchen tool: a lemon-shaped hand juicer.

Where do I pay for an order?

At our partner store. The buy button on this site opens the juicer's listing there, where you check out with your usual account.

Are the reviews real?

Yes. Every review on this site is quoted word for word from a verified buyer, including the name and date shown with it.

Using the juicer

What is the second cone for?

The long pink cone presses soft fruit — grapes, pomegranate seeds, watermelon pieces — placed in the white basket.

How big can the fruit be?

Halves need to sit inside the cup opening, which runs from about 2.6 to 3.7 inches. Lemons, limes and small to medium oranges fit; large grapefruit doesn't.

Can I juice apples?

No. Apples, carrots and other hard fruit give little juice by hand — they need an electric juicer.

Materials and care

Is the juicer BPA-free?

Yes. It is made entirely of food-contact polypropylene with no BPA, and it passed FCM (food contact materials) testing.

Can it go in the dishwasher?

Yes. The PP is rated to 248°F / 120°C, so all parts can go on the top rack.

How do I clean the basket by hand?

Rinse it straight after use, before the pulp dries in the holes. A bottle brush clears it in seconds.
